Peabody has an ongoing commitment to Graduate development
as we view today's Graduates as tomorrow's leaders. Our
two-year rotational program has been designed, to ensure
our Graduates receive varied and challenging development
across a broad range of business functions and operations.
During the two-year program Graduates rotate sites approximately
every six months gaining exposure to both Open Cut and Underground
operations in Queensland and New South Wales. There are also opportunities
for international postings and study tours in the United States for our Graduate
of The Year.
We have a structured training program providing both on-the-job and off-the-job components. Ongoing review and feedback
ensures that any development needs can be addressed through
specialised training or work activities.
On top of all this Peabody offers a competitive remuneration
package, performance bonus, assistance with relocation,
accommodation and opportunity for further study!
